Social

We have a “paddock marquee” which is the social hub for the Formula Fords at a race meeting. Here the latest information and tales can be shared with colleagues over a cup of tea (or beer if the racing is finished!). At many of our meetings we hold a Bar-B-Que or “Chilli and Beans” supper and the wives and girlfriends provide the mainstay for these social events.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with the transportation and setting up of our social facilities as well as the preparation of the tea and cakes that has become an feature of our après race get together. If you would like to help please contact Dick Dixon or Andrew Mansell
